Terms and Conditions
It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have read and understood all Terms and Conditions.
1. Ordering
Ordering through our online store is available 24 hours a day. To place your initial order you will be required to set up an account which can then be used for subsequent orders. Items can be placed in your shopping cart by selecting Add to Cart. Your cart can be viewed at any time, you then have the option to continue shopping or proceed to the checkout. At check out you will be required to choose your postage option and method of payment (refer below for further information).
Please ensure you have filled in all your details correctly so we can confirm your order. If you have not received an email confirmation within 24 hours please notify us by email at sales@amandasofmogo.com.au
2. Prices
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST. Prices may change without notice.
3. Minimum Order
There are no minimum orders, however postage and handling will still be charged at the set rates.
4. Out of Stock Items
If any items you have ordered are out of stock at the time of your order we will post your order as is and refund the difference. We are unable to back order items.
5. Payment Options
Online: Payments can be securely online using PayPal. To use this option you will need to have a PayPal account. All PayPal fees will be charged to the customer.
Telephone: Payments can be made by credit card over the phone by calling us during business hours 9am – 5pm, 7 days a week on (02) 4474 3453.
Fax: Faxed orders can be placed by faxing your printed order to (02) 4474 3453 along with your credit card details.
Mail: All orders can be paid by posting your printed order along with a cheque or money order to: Amanda’s of Mogo, 41 Princes Highway, MOGO NSW 2536.
6. Shipping
It is our policy to attempt to have orders sent within 1-2 days of payment being received and funds cleared into our account. Please allow up to 14 days to receive your order. If for any reason this can not be achieved we will notify you either by email on our website home page. An email confirmation will be sent once we have posted your order. Please allow up to 5 working days for cheques to be cleared.
Every care will be taken to ensure your order arrives safely. However, we can not be held responsible once the order leaves us. It is recommended you select your orders to be sent via Registered Mail. Parcels sent through Registered Mail can be tracked and are insured up to $100 against damage or loss. Orders over $100 can be insured for the total value for an additional cost.
7. Postal & Handling Charges
Postage and handling will be charged at a rate of:
$8.95 up to 3kg
Parcels over 3kg or bulky items will be charged at the actual postage cost.
International orders are currently accepted using the PayPal payment option. Postage on International orders will be charged at the actual postage cost.
Hazardous Items (such as Alcohol Inks, Turpentines, Aerosols and other artist mediums) incur an additional postage cost at the customers expense. Please email us for a quote on postage costs for hazardous items.
8. Refunds & Exchanges
It is our policy to exchange or refund any product that is faulty or not as described. Please advise us of any faults or incorrect items within five (5) days of receiving your goods. Items will only be accepted if we have been notified. All goods should be returned in their original packaging. Shipping costs of all returns will be at your cost.
Whilst we have taken every care to ensure our images and descriptions are of the highest quality please note that their may be variations between computers.
9. Privacy Policy
Amanda’s of Mogo will not disclose any information to third parties unless required under law. The information gathered is for processing payments and orders only. |
